"Inadequate care and lack of empathy at assisted living facility"
I was disappointed with this assisted living place. They kicked my family member out just after a few days. The place looked okay, like a lively center splitting its attention between two houses. However, once settled in, I noticed folks were mostly confined to their rooms. Despite knowing our situation in advance, they still complained that my loved one was too much work. It felt like they wanted residents who were quiet and liked to stick to themselves. I didn't get the feeling they cared. On the plus side, the house was clean and the cooking was passable. They seemed to care in the beginning, but that feeling didn't last.

"Really Dissatisfied with Their Lack of Compassion"
My loved one got evicted after merely a week at this place. At first glance, it appeared to be a bustling center for the two homes they manage. However, after moving in, I noticed the residents mostly stayed in their rooms. I was deeply unsatisfied with them, despite seeming to understand everything upfront, my loved one apparently became too much of a hassle. It seems to be a suitable place if your family member is quiet and prefers solitude. Overall, it didn't feel like they cared much. The premises were clean and they prepared decent meals, but their initial compassion seemed to fade.
