"Needs Updates: Friendly Staff, Lacking Activities"
The staff is super nice and knows a lot. They really care about the residents' health. But the place looks kinda old and needs some fixing up. Maybe they could do more fun stuff. When I visit twice a month, the folks in the memory care unit mostly just watch TV.

"Great tour and facilities, but location was too far."
Our family visited Pacifica Gardens in person for a tour. We enjoyed the tour, the facilities, and the staff. However, we felt the community's location was just too far away for us.

"Comfortable Community with Varied Activities and Friendly Staff"
This place is really nice and everything seems to be well taken care of. The people who work here seem to know a lot about what they're doing. It's easy to talk to them if you have any questions or worries about your family member. They have lots of things for the residents to do like playing cards, bingo, going to the theater, taking exercise classes, using the gym, having parties, and more. The food is alright for my family member. Some meals are better than others.

"Mixed Experience at Pacific Gardens Assisted Living Facility"
We picked Pacific Gardens because it's affordable, nearby, and cozy. My mom loves the garden there, especially during good weather and COVID times. However, the food quality dropped during COVID, and they don't cater to special diets. Many residents find the food too salty. There was a big COVID outbreak, causing the memory care to shut down until recently. According to my mom, the staff seems disorganized and lacks communication. Overall, our experience here hasn't been the greatest.

"Great Staff and Activities, Distance and Pricing Concerns"
I really liked Pacific Gardens because the staff is awesome. They split everyone into two groups based on how active they are, which I thought was cool. The only downside for me is that it's far away, and their pricing seems a bit high. I'm not completely sure about it yet.

"Bright and Welcoming Assisted Living, with Some Restrictions"
I almost moved into this place. The people seemed really nice, and the food was good. But you couldn't go outside to walk around. They were super helpful and ready to help you out. The staff got along well with everyone, and I had a good experience with them. The food menu was pretty standard, nothing too fancy. The place looked bright with lots of light, so it didn’t feel dark or gloomy at all.

"Assisted Living Tour Review"
I visited this place to see if they could care for my mom, but they couldn't meet her needs. They weren't the right match for us.

"Pleasant Staff and Clean, but Not the Perfect Fit"
I recently checked out this place to see if it might be a good spot for me to live. Everything was neat and tidy, and you could tell they stay on top of cleaning and stuff every day. The layout of the place was simple to get around too. The people working there were really nice and did their jobs well, but in the end, it just wasn't the exact match I was looking for.

"Great community but not ideal for memory care needs"
I liked Pacific Gardens it's a great community. However, it wasn’t the best choice for my mother because they had a lot more memory care patients compared to assisted living patients. It didn’t fit her needs.
