"Attentive Staff and Engaging Activities Enhance Assisted Living Experience"
The person who showed me around was very nice. She was patient and friendly, and she really wanted to make sure I got all my questions answered. The tour of the place was good, and she knew a lot about it. She said she would check in with me again in a week. I liked hearing her stories and the advice she gave me. The place has lots of activities to make residents happy and keep them entertained. They also have a really nice courtyard!

"Happy Mom, Great Staff, and Safe Environment"
My mom is really happy living here in the memory care unit. She shares an apartment with another resident, and they've become good friends. The staff is super friendly and always attentive. There are lots of activities during the day to keep everyone busy, and they have a secure courtyard where they can go outside and meet with family and friends. The dining area is nice, and Mom even says the food is good. I definitely recommend scheduling a tour here.

"Great Place That Makes Transition Smooth and Enjoyable"
Our time at this place has been fantastic. My mom is getting used to it really well. The staff is amazing so supportive and friendly. They’re always ready to help and make things easy. The whole community looks great, always clean and smelling nice. The decorations are pretty, and they have fun activities. They even had a Mother’s Day tea party that my mom loved. They’ve made it really easy for her to settle in. It’s been a wonderful experience, and I definitely recommend it.

"Lacked Responsibility for Care and Environment Not Suitable"
At Pacifica of Chino Hills, we spent a lot of money, expecting them to handle medicine, doctor visits, and general care for Mom. Unfortunately, they didn’t take as much responsibility for her care as we had hoped. I didn’t feel comfortable fully trusting them with her well-being. The facility’s environment just wasn’t right for her.

"Can't think of anything negative"
I can't think of anything bad to say about Pacifica of Chino Hills. My dad has settled in really well. The staff is friendly and takes great care of him. You always hear horror stories about places like this, so I'm really happy everything has gone smoothly. The price is good and about the same as other places nearby. Overall, I'm really happy with it.

"Aged Loved Ones Deserve Better: Unfulfilled Promises Break Hearts"
Our mom's toughest times were here. Sure, the place looks amazing with lots of activities planned. But they broke all their promises to help our mom and we feel so let down. Now we're searching for new living accommodations. I can't suggest this place to anyone. I just can't wrap my head around they're not keeping their word about the services they provide. Their workers did seem friendly and eager to help, but I think they're not enough people working and they don't have the right training. Our elderly relatives are priceless gems in our families and towns. Too often, they end up paying the price for poor service.

"Less inviting atmosphere, but nice and affordable assisted living facility."
I considered this place second. It was nice, affordable, but less inviting. The rooms were pleasant, though. However, a family member noticed a smell. We went with our first choice because it felt more welcoming.

"Clean, friendly, and well-run facility with happy residents"
The facility is clean and well-kept. The care staff are friendly and do their best. The food is usually good, and my mother-in-law is really happy here. It’s a small place with fifty-eight rooms, so parking is always easy. We haven’t had any problems with the laundry services.

"Nice and Clean but Not Very Warm"
For folks who can afford it, this place might be great. It's clean and all, but it just didn't feel like what I wanted. Another spot I saw was cozier and more welcoming.

"Able to Care for Insulin Dependent Diabetics"
Because my father-in-law has diabetes and needs insulin, it costs more for us. But the care is really good. The place is nice, and they have friendly staff. The only problem we’ve faced is some staff turnover, which happens everywhere.

"Safe Haven for Mom"
When my mom experienced a tough time, Pacifica stepped in. Initially unsure, I found their Legacy Unit comforting. With a small, caring team, they eased her transition. Despite her diagnoses, she's found happiness there. Thanks, Pacifica, for your support.

""Unhygienic Conditions, Inadequate Staffing""
The problem was the place wasn't clean. They'd leave my mom's pee-soaked sheets on her bed. And there weren't enough caregivers for all the residents.

"Mom is Totally Happy!"
My mom is pretty happy here. She adapted really well, and we didn't face any struggles. We're very happy with them. I can't find anything wrong. My mom is 92, and she has plenty of activities to do if she wants. They have games, puzzles, and exercise classes. She reads, and they have church meetings and social events. I'll tell you what, my mom would be the first to tell me if she wasn't happy, and she is totally happy. She loves the people and the facility. It's a little expensive, but it's worth it.
