"Needs more activities; mom mostly watches TV."
The facility is average. I haven't interacted much with the staff, but my sister does. I mainly visit and bring things as needed. They need more activities. My mom says she mostly just sits in her room and watches TV between meals.

"Mixed Experience, Worth Considering"
The staff is pretty helpful, but the bus only runs once a week. Moving in is easy if you have your own assistance. Communication needs improvement—I don't always get accurate info. Meals seem fine, based on my loved one. They should enhance transportation for residents. Overall, I'd recommend this place to others.

"Staff Shortage and Poor Food Quality Disappointing Despite Nice Facility"
This place doesn't have enough workers, and the food is really bad! The building looks nice, and the staff are friendly, but they really need to hire more people to help out.

"Expensive but recommendable; needs better transportation and internet."
Ventura Townehouse community is pricey, and internet should be included in the cost. Transportation to banks, doctors, etc., is limited and has become more restricted recently. Despite these issues, based on our experience so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

"Mixed feelings about assisted living in Hemet, CA"
The place in Hemet was nice, felt safer than some others. It got good ratings. They have things to do, but my dad only went to happy hour once a week. They clean the rooms and wash clothes every week. The food wasn't healthy, though. Lots of fried food, heavy sauces, and soups that aren't good for anyone.

"Close by, clean, good communication, satisfied overall."
We chose this community because it was close by, had good communication, positive feedback from the staff, and was very clean. There has been some staff turnover, but overall, we are very satisfied and glad my loved one is there.

"Good place but stay involved for best care"
The facilities are nice, clean, and well-kept. It’s not a place where you can just drop off your parent or loved one and forget about them. You should always stay involved with the staff to ensure everything is going well. While this might be true for any facility, it’s still important to be engaged and know what’s happening with your loved one. Also, make sure they call you if there's an issue, as that didn’t always happen for me.
