"Great Value and Pleasant Atmosphere at Pacifica Senior Living"
The activities could use more options for residents who are doing better mentally and physically. If we could rate the value for cost, it would be a perfect 10! Pacifica Senior Living is peaceful, quiet, and the staff have been really nice. The campus itself is beautiful.

"Decent Assisted Living Facility, Room for Improvement"
This place is okay. It's clean and nice. The common areas are always tidy. The people I've met are friendly. Moving in was a bit tough, but the staff was quick to help. Everything seems good now. My mom hasn't tried activities yet, so I can't say. I'd suggest it to family and friends.

"Assisted Living Facility Delivers Poor Service and Lacks Accountability"
The service here is just awful across the board. They need to work on a lot of stuff. They should ensure they have enough staff day and night. There's got to be competent team members during the night, especially for dealing with residents who have issues at night. They need a Director who actually knows what they're doing instead of blaming stuff on families. Plus, they shouldn't take new clothes that families give their residents. I found that half the clothes I bought for my family member vanished, along with their laundry basket. The Director should actually respond to families when they reach out, instead of just ducking them. The medical staff shouldn't be dialing 911 just because a resident threatened them with a plastic knife. And they shouldn't be ringing up paramedics to take residents to the hospital just because they don't have enough staff around.

"Friendly Staff, Mixed Communication"
The staff is mostly friendly, but their communication can be inconsistent. Understandable due to staffing challenges.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Facility"
We toured the place with a lady who just started here. She pushed hard to sell. The building looks great, but the rooms are small. It's in a not-so-safe area, but it's gated.

"Pacifica Disappoints with High Prices, Limited Amenities and Tiny Rooms"
The tour guides were friendly at Pacifica, but the layout was terrible. The rooms were way too small and felt really cramped. It had a steeper price, but lacked the perks of our chosen place. Our selected place was awesome, just like a full studio apartment including kitchen, laundry, a nice bathroom with shower, and even a bay window. The room at Pacifica seemed like a small storage area. There was barely space for a bed, not to mention a dresser or TV. We didn't want our loved one to live in such a small, restricted area all the time.
