"Assisted Living Facility Review"
The boss and salesperson left soon after we moved in. They don't communicate well. The staff who do the work are nice, and the med techs respond quickly, but sometimes no one answers the phone. They're going to start charging extra for laundry, which used to be free. The room is clean and tidy, but something feels off.

"Great Place for Mom, but a Bit Pricey"
Pacifica is a nice place for my mom. She feels very welcomed by all the staff. Everyone is really friendly and helpful. All the amenities are well-kept, and the facility is clean. The care is a bit expensive.

"Areas for Improvement"
Good job overall. However, there are areas for improvement: When calling, no one often answers the phone. Front desk staff sometimes give conflicting responses. It’s okay to say “I don’t know” and seek help. Risk of unwanted entry if no one is at the front desk.

"Disappointing Assisted Living Experience"
The boss didn't seem friendly and avoided talking to people. The workers didn't seem to care much and only paid attention when family came by. It seemed like the workers got along with each other, but not with the people they were supposed to be helping. There weren't any activities for the clients, maybe because of Covid, but they weren't given much attention. Most people just stayed in their rooms. It felt lonely and sad. I wouldn't suggest this place.
