"More Structure Needed for Staff; Overall Recommended for Others"
The place should have better organization for the workers. But, I'd still suggest it to others.

"Friendly Assisted Living with Some Hiccups"
Pacifica is a really nice place for older folks who need help. We stayed there for two months, and they took good care of us. The showers and TV schedule were a bit confusing, though. The food was okay, but a bit processed. The staff and management were friendly.

"Issues with cleanliness observed in memory care unit visits."
I've seen dust on fans, dirty floors; cleanliness needs improvement.

"Mixed Experience at Pacifica Senior Living Palm Springs"
Pacifica Senior Living Palm Springs is okay. It's set up in cottages with about 12 residents each. We chose it because the cottage near the dining room was convenient for her. She started in assisted living, and I didn't think she'd try to leave, but she did. She never really got used to the place and didn't like it. So, we decided to take her out. The staff was fine; we didn't have any problems with them. The only issue was the lady who helped us get in. She was great at getting back to me until my loved one moved in. After that, it was hard to get her to respond when I called.

"Responsive Care Staff and Comprehensive Services Enhance Assisted Living Experience"
The care staff is really friendly and always ready to help. They have good food choices on the menu. The therapy services are not done here, but they come from an outside agency. We can get to the facility and staff easily. Overall, they work well together as a team.
