"Affordable, Clean Assisted Living with Friendly Staff"
It's not fancy like the Ritz, but it's clean, affordable, and has friendly staff.

""Disappointed in Pacifica Senior Living, Felt Exploited""
I strongly advise against Pacifica Senior Living. We had to move my mom out only 2 weeks after moving in because the building had safety issues they were not taking care of. We had to spend lots of money we didn't have since we weren't rich. The whole ordeal stressed out my mom and now she's in hospice care. I'm really upset with how senior living was handled. It feels like we were ripped off and my whole family is pretty upset about it.

Our family took an in-person tour, and it was a positive experience. It would have been our second choice.

"Great tour but chose another location"
We had a great tour of Pacifica Senior Living in Santa Clarita. The staff was super friendly and knew a lot. The community was really nice and well cared for. The only reason we didn’t pick this place was because of the location. We chose somewhere closer to home instead.

"Pacifica: A Caring, Fun, and Safe Place for Loved Ones"
My parents have been at Pacifica for almost 7 years. My dad passed away 4 years ago, but my mom is still there. In all that time, I’ve had the chance to work with caregivers who really care about the people living there. Before choosing Pacifica, I checked out other assisted living places, and I’m so glad I picked this one. The social director keeps everyone busy with shopping trips, bus rides, exercise classes, daily Bingo, craft classes, and even movie nights with popcorn and dessert. They even have wine and cheese tasting! My mom always has something to do. They decorate the place for every holiday, even for things like Valentine’s Day. It’s always clean, neat, and welcoming. Recently, they had a Cinco de Mayo party with delicious Mexican food, Margaritas, and Coronas. It was a hit! They also offer laundry service, room cleaning, and have a hairdresser there almost every day. If I ever had an issue with my mom’s care, I could talk directly to the Director, and they always made sure everything was handled. The best part about Pacifica is the staff. They make sure the residents are happy and well cared for. I highly recommend Pacifica for your loved ones. You won’t regret it!

"Disappointment with Understaffed and Unkempt Assisted Living Facility"
I wasn't happy with [Removed] and Pacifica. It seemed like they didn't have enough workers and the place wasn't well-kept. [Removed] had a lot of bad comments about Atria more than just the normal stuff during our look around. I wouldn't think about putting Mom here.

"Mom Feels Like Royalty Here"
My mom loves living here, and we're really happy with everything. The community is clean and well-kept. The staff is amazing and treats her like royalty. She's trying lots of new activities since they offer many choices. She's also made new friends, which is great to see. I definitely recommend this place.

"Mom’s New Place: Almost Perfect"
I mostly gave 4 stars instead of 5 because we’re still pretty new to Pacifica in Newhall. My mom’s been living there for just 3 weeks. During this short time, she’s mentioned a bunch of times how kind the staff at Pacifica Newhall are. I’m looking forward to maybe giving it a full 5 stars once my mom has stayed there a little longer.

"Great Staff and Pleasant Rooms"
They’re great. The staff has been really nice. Her room is the nicest—it’s beautiful and very pleasant. Some of the caregivers are fabulous, especially the two who take care of her. However, a few med-techs and other caregivers don’t seem as committed. The food is so-so; it could be better. They could be more observant too. Overall, I still think this is a good place for her.

"She enjoys the place and the people."
So far, everything's going well. She enjoys the place and the people. It's a smaller, cozier setting. The folks here seem friendly, but there's a minor issue with theft. They're attentive and quick to address concerns. The only inconvenience is limited transportation—only available twice a week. The food isn't as good as before; it's like basic coffee shop fare. Overall, they're a caring group.

"Impressive Improvements at Former Pacifica Community"
Years ago, before this was a Pacifica community, my relative lived here. Recently, we toured it while searching for another loved one, and we were quite impressed. Although it had improved significantly, we ultimately found a larger and more convenient place for our loved one.

"Affordable and welcoming with great care and amenities, lacking outdoor space."
Loved Pacifica. It's really nice, with friendly staff and lots of things for residents. It costs less than others but provides the same, or maybe even better, care. Natalie was super helpful and told us a lot. Only downside is the outdoor area, which isn't much. Still, it's one of my top picks.
