"Caring Staff and Fun Activities Make This Place Feel Like Home"
This place has great caregivers who get to know everyone living here. The person who plans the activities works hard to make sure everyone can get together. The women who work at the front desk are always helpful and act professional.

"Did Thorough Research"
This community was my second pick. Even though they didn't have the open floor plan I saw at another place, I really liked it here. The staff was friendly and nice, and the community looked clean and well-maintained. The residents seemed comfortable and well taken care of.

"Friendly Staff and Promising Facility"
The staff here is very friendly. The place is under renovation right now. There aren't many assisted living residents yet, so it was hard to see what activities they'll have when it's fully open. It seems like it will be a nice place when it's done in 2-4 weeks. It's a possible option for my Mom.

"Great care and activities, with some food portion oddities."
I like how the staff are attentive, helpful, and care about my mom. The community is very clean and well-maintained. The food is good, but the meal portions are a bit odd—breakfast is normal, lunch is huge, and dinner is light. My mom enjoys activities like gardening, shuffleboard, and golf. There’s been some change in management, and I’ve noticed a small difference. Overall, it’s been good here, and I would recommend this community.

"Villa Rosa - Friendly care, clean, and well-sized facility"
My aunt has been at Villa Rosa Memory Care for six weeks. I’m very happy with her care and the friendly staff. The place is clean, well-kept, and just right for her, with about 20 residents per floor. They have a cafe, patio, cozy rooms, and a movie room. Villa Rosa works closely with me and always listens to our needs.

"Villa Rosa is fantastic—great staff, activities, and food!"
Villa Rosa is an amazing place! The staff and the community are just fantastic. Dad has been there for a while, and since he moved in, the staff have helped him stay social. They always have activities for residents, like happy hours, parties, and birthday celebrations. The food is great, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place for their loved ones where they will get great care and attention.

"Staff is amazing; food could improve. Overall, great experience."
The staff at Villa Rosa Memory Care are truly outstanding! They make all the difference in a place like this. The only area for improvement is the food, as it’s more basic compared to my dad’s previous place with high-quality meals. Other than that, everything, especially the staff, has been great.

"Friendly staff but lacked night support"
Unfortunately, our loved one didn't stay long at Villa Rose, but I thought it was a nice place overall. The staff were friendly and caring, and they seemed to take good care of the residents. However, they didn't have enough night staff to manage our loved one's wandering issues. But I'd recommend this place for anyone whose loved one doesn't have that problem.

"Great place, caring staff, affordable, and lots of activities!"
Beautiful community, recently updated. It’s on a quiet street but just minutes from the 55 freeway. The Executive Director has lots of experience and knows a lot about caring for the elderly. She is very impressive and clearly knowledgeable. They only offer memory care, which is reassuring since they focus on Alzheimer’s and other memory issues. Their activities calendar is packed with events and tailored to different needs. I loved seeing Disneyland's birthday on the calendar! The cost is very reasonable—$3900-$4100 all-inclusive, with an extra $450 monthly for incontinence (they supply everything). They also offer hospice care (minimum 3-day stay) at $225/day. You can choose the color for your private or semi-private room, which is a nice touch to help new residents feel at home. The marketing director, who showed us around, was friendly and positive. She started the library and book club, which I’d love when I reach this stage in life. The residents seemed happy and engaged, and more than one told us how much they liked living there.
