"Caring Owner and Supportive Staff in a Warm Environment"
Nancy, the owner, is very kind and caring. She truly loves her residents. The staff who helped our grandmother were also wonderful. The place is clean and welcoming. It's easy to visit and get information. Make sure to check this place out.

"Affordable Assisted Living with Extra Care"
This place is called Palm Delight #2, and it's connected to Summer Dream. It costs $2200 per month. The house is kept clean, and there are extra caregivers during the day to assist Nancy. There's one male resident. Although Nancy can't check her blood sugar, they can help her with that. They also provide transportation to the doctor. To move in, there's a $1000 deposit, which is applied to the first month's rent of $2200.

"Satisfied with New Assisted Living Choice"
We liked how the place looked and what was happening there, but my mom couldn't move in because it was full. We decided on a place owned by the same people as Palm Delight, and things are going well so far.

A Place For Mom Customer
"Mom's not ready for this; needs more vibrant environment."
This place wasn't for us. Mom doesn't need this level of care. She's still active and not close to passing away. I heard they have two other homes with residents who are more alert, but I don't think Mom would feel at home here."
