"A Wonderful Place to Live!"
The Paradise Home Care is a really good place. The owner is amazing. She works very hard and is very professional. They always listen to our concerns. The family and staff are all great. They take care of things right away. The facility is always clean with no bad smells or messes. The staff always greets you when you walk in. The only downside is that there aren’t many activities. Overall, this place is great.

"Unsatisfactory call handling; no availability for tour."
Couldn't even make it past the initial phone call. The person who handled my call didn't make a good impression on me. I asked about scheduling a tour and all she said was, "Sorry, we're at full capacity, sweetheart." Total letdown.

""Bad Phone Service at Assisted Living Facility""
I couldn't even get through a phone call. I didn't like how they handled my call. All the person did when I asked about a visit was say, "Sorry, we're booked, sweetie." So much for that.
