"Nice Community but Too Expensive; Has Memory Care Ward"
The community was nice, but the cost was too high for us. They did have a separate memory care area.

"Caring and Friendly Assisted Living Community"
They take good care of residents, attentive to their needs. Not flashy but clean, in good shape, welcoming. Chosen for proximity to family and quick placement. Transition was easy, in within 24 hours. Other residents are nice and welcoming, just wonderful. Mom made friends, safe place means the world.

"Friendly staff and great care at Park Regency highly recommended!"
I have been very happy with both my mom's and my experiences here. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and busy. Today, I noticed some empty boxes in the hallway from restocking and a little trash in the elevator for the first time. Overall, I LOVE Park Regency and have recommended it to others.

"Perfect Home for Mom"
My mom has been at Park Regency for seven months, and we’re really happy with her stay. Her room feels like home, and the caregivers are always friendly and kind. The medtechs stay on top of her health needs and medications, and the on-site hair salon is a nice bonus. Our family thinks this is the perfect place for Mom.

"Better Fit Found"
We visited Park Regency Retirement. It was neat and tidy. They showed us what they offer for our family member well. But we found another place that suited them better.

"Friendly Assisted Living"
My dad stayed briefly at Park Regency for respite care in the assisted living section. The room was big, and although there were some issues with the shower, they offered acceptable alternatives. The staff is friendly and kind. There's a nice outdoor patio for grilling when family visits, along with spacious gathering rooms. They provided a lot of help during a tough time. While my dad is now back home, we'd consider returning to Park Regency in the future.

"Spacious Rooms Make This Assisted Living a Top Choice"
My mom's liking this place. She enjoys the vibe here. They take care of her well and make sure it's safe. The food's great, and it feels homemade. She's having fun with the activities they plan. I'd suggest this place. We picked it because the rooms are big.

"Incredibly Dissatisfied with Assisted Living Facility"
This place was a total letdown. The photos on the website are nothing like the real deal. The staff here come off as lazier than a sleeping cat. Even though clothes are tagged with names and room numbers, I've caught sight of other residents wearing them. We made special dietary requests that were okayed, but they were ignored like day old newspaper. The residents are always bored, always dozing off... it took an eternity for someone to come and open the door. There's no end to the list of things that rubbed me the wrong way, but it just leaves a bad taste in my mouth to even think about them. I deeply regret ever picking this place. I would never, ever, let a family member stay there.

"Top-Notch Care and Friendly Staff at Park Regency"
My mom moved here last month, and the care she gets is way better than at her old place. I thought I was expecting too much, but the staff at Park Regency is amazing. Mom gets the care she deserves from everyone, including the General Manager, Jeff, and the Sales/Marketing head, Kristina. The Med Tech team, led by Brooke, is also fantastic. This review is my way of saying thanks for making Mom's move so easy. Park Regency offers Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Hospice services, so Mom can stay in her cozy studio. Sure, the place might look a bit old with the wallpaper, but it's clean, the food is great, the A/C works, and the staff loves their jobs. Since Jeff became the General Manager, Park Regency has been updating the place while keeping the residents' care as the top priority. The location is awesome too, with shopping centers nearby.

"Great Start at Park Regency, Awaiting Long-Term Experience"
My mom has only been at Park Regency for a few days, but so far, so good! The staff is very attentive and friendly. I think a follow-up review in a few weeks or months would give a better idea of how things are going.

"Spacious Rooms and Friendly Atmosphere at Park Regency"
I really liked Park Regency because everyone was so nice and the place felt good. They really try to help you out. The rooms are bigger than other places I looked at, but they don’t have a little kitchen like some others do. They made sure the room was all clean and nice before my mom moved in. The people who help you sign up sometimes say things that can’t happen later. My mom moved in less than a month ago. She mostly likes her new place. They didn’t give her a packet with general info about how things work there, and I think they should. It would help so we don’t have to keep asking questions. That’s one thing they could do better.

"Accommodating Assisted Living with Room for Improvement"
I really liked Park Regency. They're super friendly and make you feel welcome. The rooms are bigger than other places I checked out, but they don't have a kitchenette. They spruced up the room before my mom moved in, which was nice. The sales folks are nice, but they sometimes promise things they can't deliver. Mom moved in not too long ago and she mostly likes it. They could improve by giving out a packet of info so she doesn't have to ask so many questions. That would be helpful.

"Clean, spacious rooms, and all-inclusive pricing."
Our experience with Park Regency Retirement has been very good so far. While it’s not the newest or fanciest place we saw, it’s clean and well-kept. The rooms are very nice, and the living spaces are large, almost like an apartment. I also really liked their all-inclusive pricing, which made budget planning much easier.

"Great experience, clean, spacious rooms, simple pricing"
We’ve had a great experience with Park Regency Retirement so far. It might not be the newest or flashiest place we visited, but it’s clean and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and feel like small apartments, not just basic rooms. I also appreciated their all-inclusive pricing, which made managing our budget a lot easier.

"Great care and spacious rooms at Park Regency Assisted Living"
We moved our 91-year-old mother with Alzheimer's into the memory care unit a week and a half ago. Her room is much bigger than others we looked at. There’s lots of space even with all her furniture, including a queen bed, sofa, two easy chairs, a coffee table, a kitchen table with four chairs, and a large dresser. The staff is very friendly and always available when we need them. Even though Mom is confused about why she’s there, we feel good knowing she’s getting great care. Plus, the food is really good! We’re pleased with our choice of Park Regency.

We moved our 91-year-old mother, who has Alzheimer's, into the memory care unit a week and a half ago. Her room is much bigger than at other places we looked at. There's plenty of space, even with a queen-sized bed, a sofa, two easy chairs, a coffee table, a kitchen table with four chairs, and a large dresser. "Review for Park Regency"
I looked at about 5 other places for my mom. I compared prices, room sizes, transportation to the doctor, food options, and even the smell (yes, the smell matters—does it smell like a convalescent home? No!). In the end, I chose this place for my mom. She's been here for a year and a half, and they haven't raised the rent yet (ssshhh). My only complaint is that the person who takes residents to doctor appointments is super busy. They really need to hire another part-time driver. Also, sometimes the med tech service doesn't communicate changes between shifts. Thankfully, it doesn't happen often. Overall, would I recommend this place? Yes!

"Checked Out Memory Care Facility, Feels Hospital-Like"
It's a handy place and doesn't cost too much. They've got some rooms ready for folks to move in. The vibe in the memory care area felt like a hospital.

"Clean and friendly assisted living with minor street noise issue."
We really liked the place. It's clean and everyone's nice. The staff was friendly. The Memory Care part is on the second floor and they're fixing up the patio outside. It costs $3,850 every month with no extra fees. The only downside is it's on a really busy street.
