"Inconsistent Service at Assisted Living: Slow Dining Experience for Seniors"
At the assisted living facility, there's a problem with the restaurant staff. Service is often slow and not steady. Sometimes, my folks have to wait for an hour before they can eat once they're seated. This is not okay, and I've talked to the managers about it.

"Unfair Price Increase at Assisted Living Facility Exposed"
Steer clear of KISCO and Park Terrace! The head of the place, who's unfortunately still there, unfairly increased my mom's care fees, moving her to a higher-priced care bracket even though her care needs remained the same. Despite my arguments, he stubbornly refused to make any changes. So, I lodged my concerns with the County. They asked if they could take this matter further, to the State Office in Sacramento. I agreed. Both my complaints were upheld. I decided to move my mom elsewhere. A lawyer from the Orange County Senior Social Services called to thank me for uncovering the exploitation of seniors at Park Terrace.

I am very happy with the staff and the efforts they have made to help our mother feel comfortable and adjust to her new home. Mom is very happy with the activities and new friendships. The staff address any concerns we have quickly. I couldn't be happier with our choice of community.
