"Great Facility, But Security Concerned Me"
I visited Peninsula Reflections and was really impressed. I liked the executive director a lot and talked to her many times. My main worry was security because my sister likes to wander. As I was leaving, I saw something that bothered me. There was a stick under the door to hold it open, and I thought anyone could walk in or out easily. I didn’t mention it to the director, but it made me not choose this place. Maybe they were bringing something in at the time, but I saw it as an escape route. Other than that, the facility was awesome and the director was great. Peninsula Reflections was my second choice, but I chose another place instead.

"Much Room for Improvement, Disappointing Stay"
My hubby wasn't at this home for a long time. He had to go to the emergency room two times. They need to get better at talking with the families and their folks.

"Comfort for Loved Ones"
We really like Peninsula Reflection. It’s a smaller, more personable community—not like an institution. They have everything needed for memory care. Billing is a bit confusing due to insurance.
