"Prestige Assisted Living at Chico Needs More Staff"
My family member used to live at Prestige Assisted Living in Chico. At first, things were okay, except the front doors didn't work. But after a month, they cut staff, and it affected how well they took care of residents. Plus, my loved one went without a working phone for three weeks. The meals were just okay. I think we got fooled during the sales pitch. They pushed us to move in quickly, even though there were empty apartments. Most of the staff was nice, but they were seriously understaffed. Right now, I wouldn't recommend Prestige Assisted Living at Chico until they hire more people.

"Highly Recommended Assisted Living!"
I visited this community, and it was great! The staff were friendly, the place was clean, and the Executive Director was excellent. Overall, I highly recommend this facility to others.

"Terrible Visit to Uplifting-less Assisted Living Home"
We went to visit this place in person and it was terrible. No one was doing anything, and the people living there seemed really unhappy.

The community offers yoga classes for residents, among other activities. My mom has her own room, making it a great place for loved ones. However, I’m disappointed in the cost determination system.

"Great Staff and Amenities, But Prices Are Rising"
The staff is very friendly and knows the names of the residents. The residents look happy. There are many levels of care available. I'm very disappointed that the price has gone up a lot because of demand. But a lot of amenities are included in the cost, which helps. Definitely a possibility.

"Fantastic staff and facility, even though Mom didn't move in."
Crystal and the team at Prestige did an amazing job helping us find the best place for Mom. Even though Mom ended up living with me in Colorado and never moved into Prestige, our visits to the Chico facility were excellent. I’d give them six stars if I could!

"Overall Positive Experience"
The experience at Prestige Assisted Living in Chico has been really good overall. The staff is great, but my mother-in-law has had some health issues and fallen a couple of times.

"Dad's Happy with Spacious Suite and Friendly Staff"
Dad loves his two-room suite; other places have smaller rooms, mostly studios. He's leaving a three-bedroom house, so room size mattered to him. He thinks he'll gain weight because they feed him so well. The staff is helpful, and he enjoys that they all know his name. The price seems high, but it's hard to compare because of the unique room size.
