"Poor Service: Disrespect, Infections, and Unreported Falls"

The elderly resident requested a transfer after she was treated disrespectfully by a staff member. There's always a lack of available, awake personnel. She suffered from E. coli and kept getting urinary tract infections. Very unhappy with the service. They also failed to report two instances where she fell.
