"Nightmare Assisted Living: Over-Medication, Neglect and Mistreatment"
This is absolutely the worst place my family and I have ever had to deal with. After my mom moved in here on [date removed], we had to relocate her quickly. It seemed like they drugged her daily to avoid managing her. This facility should be ashamed, and honestly, it should not be operational. They didn't treat my mother properly. In fact, she couldn't even take a shower for a week because of her condition. Hospice visited thrice, and each time, she was heavily medicated. They strapped her to a wheelchair to prevent her from moving around, eliminating the need to keep an eye on her. My mom suffers from dementia, and if you're familiar with the challenges of dementia patients, as they claimed to be, then you'll understand her condition. Despite being mobile, they restricted her mobility. It's up to you to decide, but if mistreatment, drugging, and neglecting personal hygiene for your loved one is fine with you, this is the perfect spot. Truly disgraceful.

"Caring Staff, Calm Environment; Loved One at Ease"
The people at Providence Residential Care are really nice. My family member has memory problems, and she looks peaceful and rests a lot. She doesn't chat much now, so there's not much more to add.
