"Disappointed with Assisted Living Facility's Policies and Communication"
I'd rate this place 2 stars overall. One problem is they charge extra for things. My mom has to sleep early because she shares a room and doesn't want to disturb her roommate, but she's a night owl. Also, they wouldn't let her know about some important health issues I wanted to tell her about. I'm discovering a lot of things I don't like.

"Assisted Living Needs Updates; Caregiving is Good"
The helpers were nice, but I didn't like the place. It's old and gloomy. They should fix it up.
