"Lacking Cleanliness and Positivity"
The Rancho San Diego Board and Care II didn't meet my mom's needs. The place wasn't clean and had an unpleasant smell. Residents were just sitting around. We hoped for a more positive atmosphere.

"Clean Facility with Limitations on Care"
The care home looked clean, and the caregivers were friendly. However, they couldn’t provide the necessary care for my mom. They do offer transportation.
