"Unfriendly Care Facility Prefers Profit Over Elderly Care"

These folks were just horrible. Seriously, they were so impolite and cold-hearted. They didn't even have the decency to let us tour the facility. They just told us to go look somewhere else. Their customer service was a disaster and they clearly didn't care about the elderly folk. Their only concern was how much money they made.
