"Facility Fails to Prioritize Residents, Lacks Activities and Oversight"
The owner seems more interested in money than the residents. He made us pay half the fee, which he was supposed to cover from a referral agency. They don't offer any activities, and residents aren't even taken outside for walks. Before considering this place for a loved one, check the department of social services website for their violations. The facility number is

"Excellent care for mom!"
Rave reviews for Regal Care! They give excellent one-on-one care for our mom, who can be difficult to work with. The staff is always kind and patient with her. They also work well with hospice, which is a big help. My family, who works in the medical field, really appreciates Regal Care's professionalism. The owners are amazing cooks, providing healthy, natural, and organic food. We've eaten with mom, and we love the meals. A big plus for her safety is the alarm sensors that go off when she gets up. We know we couldn’t give her the same care at home—they are doing an outstanding job. After visiting many places, we were thrilled to find Regal Care and knew it was perfect for mom.

"Happy and Caring Environment for Residents"
Regal Care gives amazing care to its residents. It’s been years since my mom has felt so happy and in such good spirits. The facility is bright, open, and feels like a welcoming home. This positive vibe comes from the owners and is shown by the caregivers, who are attentive and kind. Meal times are joyful because the food is always healthy and tasty. There are places for residents to hang out and socialize with guests, caregivers, and each other. Regal Care has helped my mom recover from her injury and memory loss with dignity and love.

"Mom's new home!"
We visited many senior care homes for my 95-year-old mother-in-law and were starting to worry because we couldn’t find one where we felt comfortable leaving her, or that we could afford. Then we toured Regal Senior Care. Right away, we felt a warm, homey vibe as soon as we walked in. Don gave us a tour, and when we saw the bedroom options, we knew we found the right place for Mom. The home is newly renovated and designed for elderly residents with disabilities—it’s BEAUTIFUL! There's a cozy sitting area with a fireplace for conversation, a TV room with a big screen and comfy furniture, and even a piano. The backyard has a lovely garden, patio seating, and a swing that Mom enjoys. Regal also accommodates Hospice residents. The owners are very hands-on, as is the caregiver. They are incredibly kind, caring, and gentle. Even when Mom, who has mild Alzheimer's and dementia, is difficult, they stay calm and always try to make her feel comfortable. Her medications are always given correctly and on time. They treat every resident with so much respect. The food is amazing! The meals are made with vegetables from their organic garden, and the cook tries to meet each resident’s preferences. The smells from the kitchen are mouth-watering, and they even make homemade ice cream, cookies, and smoothies! The owners are so welcoming to visiting families that it feels like they become part of your loved one’s family too. Yes, there are cheaper care homes, but they don't offer everything Regal does. The price is fair and worth every penny. The home is always clean, and Mom’s bed is always made with her clothes put away (and no, it’s not Mom doing it!). There’s nothing negative to say about Regal. If I could, I’d give them 10 stars! Life is so much less stressful knowing Mom is in the best possible care. We are so grateful to the owners—they are truly a blessing.

"Exceptional Care Home with Hands-On Owners and Beautiful Garden"
This care home is like no other I've seen. It's super clean and everything is new. There's a big, beautiful garden in the back with amazing organic vegetables. The owners are very involved, cooking fresh meals and making sure everyone's needs are met. Unlike most care homes I've visited, it's clear these people really care about families and how aging affects everyone. I'm so happy I found them. They are more expensive than others I've seen, but the living quarters are way better. I'll be happy to update on the care in the future. What a blessing.
