"High Cost, No Refunds"
Getting into these assisted living facilities costs a lot. If you end up not needing their services because of an early death or moving out, you won't get your money back.

"Needs Attention: Regents Point’s Uneven Care"
Regents Point is a big place with three different buildings. My mom was really happy with her own space in the part where people live on their own. I liked it too. She had a nice home with a pretty view of the green park. But I’ve noticed not all parts of Regents Point get the same care. Like, the Assisted Living part is old and they said it’ll be a whole year before it’s made new again. Why can’t they at least paint the walls a nice color while we wait? The color now is like a dull yellow with spots that need fixing. Some folks might not even get to see the place once it’s all fixed up. It’d be good if it looked nice now too. The food at the Assisted Living and the nursing parts isn’t great. I had a meal with my mom on Mother’s Day, and our food wasn’t even warm. Regents Point could be the top spot if they just make things better at Sunridge and Windcrest. The nurses and everyone working there are awesome, though! I’ve also seen they’re putting in more flowers at Sunridge and Windcrest, which is a thumbs up!

"Great facility with friendly staff and excellent amenities."
I visited Regents Points during a wine and cheese event. I was really impressed with the place and its amenities. The facility and grounds were spotless, and I felt very comfortable there. I especially liked the park next to the facility. The staff were friendly and professional. I believe Regents Points is a great value for its residents, and I will gladly recommend it to my patients and friends.
