"Unreliable Care at Assisted Living Facility"
We put my sister in this facility for just 5 days. They neglected to inform us that she wouldn't be able to administer her own insulin shots, and they waited 3 days to tell us this. Sadly, they just aren't able to properly manage medication for those who need copious amounts like my sister. One night, my sister got up and accidentally removed her catheter. The following night, she fell and spent an hour on the floor before her and her roommate's cries were heard by the staff meant to be watching over her. In my opinion, I would advise against sending anyone requiring around-the-clock care to this place.

"Friendly Staff and Homey Atmosphere, Small Rooms but Potential Alternative"
[name removed] and her team were super nice. The place felt cozy, like a home. The rooms were a bit too tiny for what we needed, but showed us another place called Villa Anne. It might be a better fit for mom if they have a bigger private room open soon.
