"Simple and Satisfactory, But Lacks Interaction with Residents"
It's pretty simple - it's not bad - but it seemed like there wasn't much chatting or engagement with the folks living there.

"Headline"
Everyone was really nice. Tozo was super friendly and helpful, but my dad wanted more chances to socialize.

"Clean and Friendly: Caregivers Treat Residents Like Family"
Clean and friendly. The caregivers treat residents like family, and I enjoyed the interactions. I really like this residence.

"Owners' Disregard for Residents' Health Almost Deadly"
A horrendous option for your loved ones. After my grandma moved here, her health rapidly plummeted. Notably, she nearly succumbed to sepsis. Further, she acquired a pressure sore and transitioned from being mobile to needing a wheelchair. She lost her appetite entirely. As things worsened, we took her out today, and a urinary tract infection for the second time necessitated IV fluids. It seems the owner values profit over care. The residents spend all day sitting in their rooms or in the living room, devoid of social interaction. This facility desperately requires immediate closure. They medicate these residents heavily to avoid dealing with them. By the time we were able to remove her, she was emaciated and severely dehydrated, reaching a dangerous blood pressure level of 72/64. Had we hesitated in removing her, we might have lost her.
