"A Great Home for Mom with Excellent Care"
Everything has been great for my mom. She moved in and has had no issues. They really take good care of her. She seems much more relaxed and better than before. We haven’t had any problems with the caregivers.

"Helpful staff and great care"
We were pleased with the care at this community. The staff was helpful and cared about our needs. The meals looked good, and they have activities for residents who want to join in. We would recommend this place to others.

"Caring staff in a clean, quiet neighborhood"
This place is fantastic! It’s in a nice, quiet neighborhood and is very clean. The best part is how caring everyone is. They really pay attention to the needs of the residents and work hard to help. I’m really happy with the care and personal attention I receive. They also keep me updated on any issues, so we can work together to fix them.

"Comfortable and Friendly Assisted Living Facility with Personal Touch"
I received a call to confirm my appointment, which was nice because they were the only ones who did that. They talked about my mom before I even got there, so we didn't have to start from the beginning. The place is for both men and women and has two bathrooms. The cost is between $3800 and $4000 depending on whether the person needs help with incontinence. The caregivers speak good English, which is important. There's a small dog around, and outside there's a nice patio with a backyard that has citrus trees and a small vegetable garden. The caregiver I saw was cooking—chopping cabbage for cole slaw. They make family-style food, not like what you'd get in a big institution. When I visited, some of the residents were watching TV in recliners (like they have in all these places) or taking naps. The caregivers spend time with them and sometimes they all work on a craft project together. They have baby monitors in the rooms so they can hear if someone needs help during the night. The entry porch is sloped, which could be a little tricky. They said my mom could have a TV in her room, but her current one might be too big. The room they showed me is pretty basic—10 feet by 10 feet with a twin bed and a chest of drawers. They said we could bring her own things if we wanted to. I think this place would be okay for my mom. It might not be perfect, but it's a good choice.

"Assisted Living with Personal Touches: Cozy, Engaging Environment"
I got a call to confirm, which was the only one after I set up an appointment. They talked about my Mom before I even arrived, so we didn't have to start from scratch. It's co-ed with 2 baths and costs between $3800-4000, depending on incontinence needs. The caregivers speak good English. There's even a small dog there. The patio and backyard are nice, with citrus trees and a small veggie garden. The caregiver was cooking family-style food, like cutting up cabbage for cole slaw. While I was there, residents were either watching TV or taking naps in recliners. The caregivers interacted with them, and sometimes they did crafts. Each room has a baby monitor so caregivers can hear them at night. There's a sloped porch at the entry. She could have a TV in her room, but her current one is too big. The room is basic, 10x10 with a twin bed and chest of drawers. We can bring her stuff if we want. Overall, I find this place acceptable. It might not be perfect, but it's good enough.
