"Inept Staff and Limited Care at Assisted Living Facility"
We weren't satisfied with how our Alzheimer's-stricken relative was managed at this place. The employees were inadequately prepared and inept at providing essential healthcare or even the easiest duties. They needed guidance from our family and Hospice workers on elementary tasks like administering medications, turning our loved one in bed, and handling non-walking patients. Our family member's cleanliness was during his final hours. It was extremely tough to converse with the workers because they couldn't grasp or pronounce basic English. The place seemed neat, though the food choices were minimal. We think it would be wise for the bosses to offer a comprehensive course on how to properly cater for elder folks with all kinds of sicknesses, especially since they're promoting premium service!

"A Pleasant Home!"
When I visited Shining Light, I thought it was a lovely, well-kept home. The tour guide who showed me around was fantastic—they answered my questions and provided helpful information. The only reason we didn't choose it was that my mother needed a larger facility instead of a smaller home. Overall, it's a nice place.

"Nice community, but not for special care needs"
I toured this community for my mom's care. The place was clean, and the staff was friendly. However, they wouldn’t be able to meet my mom’s special needs. Families looking for care might want to check it out for their loved ones.

"Review of Caring Hands Assisted Living - Local Area"
I met with the owner to tour the facility, and she was super helpful and full of information. The place was clean, and the staff was really friendly. I found out that this home is connected with several others nearby, so I hope they’ll have a spot available in a few months if I still need it. The owner told me they have a hospice waiver, which means my loved one can stay even if a nursing home is suggested. They also provide end-of-life care, so I won’t have to worry about moving her if she needs more help later. I was very happy with my tour and impressed by the knowledgeable staff!
