"Change in Management Ruins Care at Silver Oaks"
My mom stayed at this place for more than three years. Everything was decent until this lady named Ollie took over as the manager. After that, things got really terrible. My mom, who has crossed 100 years and was in hospice care, had to be moved in the middle of the month. This, in a nutshell, speaks volumes about how bad Silver Oaks really is.

The place was for memory care, but my family member didn't need that then.
