"More Outings Needed for Residents at Silvercare Homes Residential"
My family member lives at Silvercare Homes Residential and overall it's been good. One thing I think they could improve is having outings more often, like once a month. It would be nice for them to go out on a Sunday to places like parks, picnics, stores, or events such as the free summer concerts at Redlands Bowl. This would help keep them from getting bored and add some variety to their days.

"Supportive Owner and Friendly Staff in a Lovely Neighborhood"
The owner was very helpful when we had a delay in our start date. I was worried this might not be a good fit based on doctor notes and previous caretaker notes, but the owner reassured me he would consider everything and make his own evaluation. He suggested giving it two weeks to a month. The owner also recommended a good doctor nearby. It has been six weeks now and we feel good about our choice. The staff is always friendly and engaged with the clients. This place is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood with great views. The residents here have low activity levels, which is why I rated the activities lower. When you need to find outside care for your loved ones, it can be very stressful. This team helped make it easier.

"A good choice for us."
The owner was really helpful when our start date got delayed. I was worried about whether this place would be right for us based on doctor notes and previous caretaker feedback. But the owner assured me that they’d consider everything and evaluate it themselves. It’s been 6 weeks now, and we feel comfortable with our decision. The staff is always friendly and interacts well with clients. The location is lovely, quiet, and has great views. The only downside is that the residents here are less active, which affects the activity rating. When you need outside care for loved ones, it can be stressful, but this team made it easier.

"Decent Facility, But Dining Area is Crowded, Entry Bell Loud"
The entry for disabled people is up a slope on the side of the building. The alarm bell for the main entrance is extremely loud. The place is alright, though the eating space feels a bit packed. The workers seem friendly.
