"Highly Recommended Assisted Living Facility"

Solheim Senior Community is recommended by many friends and people I know well. They say good things about their time there, how well the staff takes care of them, and how clean everything is. You should consider visiting them!

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Facility"

I visited this place for a tour and it seemed nice. The lady who showed us around was friendly, but she didn't even say hi to the other residents. If you don't have memory issues, this place might work for you. But the memory care area was really sad, and they kept the residents behind locked doors. The halls were plain cream color with no pictures. It felt very clean but cold. Families should visit before deciding.

"Average Assisted Living Facility"

Solheim seems like a happy place for folks needing help with living, nursing, and memory care. But, the independent living part feels dull. No nice views from windows, and the decorations are just okay. Personally, I wouldn't choose to live here.

"Friendly and Cozy Assisted Living with Great Amenities!"

Super friendly and cozy place! The biggest one-bedroom costs $111,000 to move in, and the two-bedroom is $4,600. Assisted living for two people is $7,012. If you're in Independent Living, you can transition to Assisted Living. Memory Care for one person is $5,706. The monthly fee for two people is $6,939. Memory Care has private rooms and small groups. In Independent Living, there's a kitchenette but no stove or stovetop. You'll share a washer and dryer. They provide transportation to KP Sunset, and KP covers skilled nursing. Meals are served from 7-10 am for breakfast, 12:30 pm for lunch, and 5:30 pm for dinner. You'll enjoy free Wi-Fi and basic cable. The fitness room is small, with a few classes available. You have a 90-day Opt Out option, or you can choose a 3-year amortization plan to get part of your money back. The staff is incredibly friendly, and there's a bus to the Gold Line. Plus, there's an outdoor garden and barbecue area.
