I like it here. Residents have different needs, outings are personalized. Two live-in staff, others on shifts. Secure, $4K price, shared bathroom, private room. Will follow up with Elvira, Director.

"Communication Barrier Causes Frustration Despite Nice Environment"
South Hills Manor is super clean and really nice. The people there are so friendly and patient. My loved one really enjoys the food a lot. But the issue is, he's having trouble talking with the staff because they have strong accents. This makes him feel frustrated and he wants to move somewhere else. It's not the staff's fault, though. They've been really understanding with him. I personally really like South Hills Manor, but he keeps asking if we can look for another community.

"A Wonderful Place to Be"
I visited and even though they were fixing up the place, the caregivers were super helpful, always smiling, and really took good care of the residents. The house is big and spacious. One resident even has two adorable little dogs. If you're looking for a great care home, you should definitely get on the waiting list.

"Excellent Care and Comfort for My Dad's New Home"
My father's dementia got so bad that I couldn't take care of him anymore. We moved him into this place last week, and I’m really happy with the staff and the facilities. The people who work here are amazing and caring, with usually three caregivers for just six residents. Nancy, who has been the main caregiver for 12 years, is fantastic! My dad is adjusting well, enjoying delicious home-cooked meals, and going on daily walks with the staff. His laundry is done every day, and the clothes are always folded perfectly. The home is very clean and spacious, with a big family room full of comfy chairs and a large TV. Each private room is nicely furnished and has its own TV. They help him shower every day and keep an eye on him all night. I couldn’t have asked for a better place for my dad’s next chapter.

"A Great Place for My Dad to Live"
My father's dementia got so bad that I couldn't take care of him anymore. We moved him here last week, and I am so happy with the staff and the place. They are wonderful, caring people, and there are usually three caretakers for six residents. Nancy, the head caretaker for the past 12 years, is EXCELLENT!! My dad is settling in just fine. He is getting great, home-cooked meals and goes on daily walks with them. His laundry is done every day, and the clothes are folded perfectly. The home is very clean and large, with a family room that has many comfy chairs and a big TV. The private rooms are nicely furnished, each with its own TV. They help him shower every day and watch him all night. I couldn't have asked for a nicer place for my dad's next chapter.

"Mom Thrives at Atria Meridian"
My mom wasn't happy where she was before Atria Meridian. She didn't like the people, the food, or the services there. But now, she's so much happier at Meridian. It makes me feel really good knowing she's safe and comfortable when I can't be there.
