"Slow staff response, disappointing experience, not recommended for families."
My grandma kept saying she needed help, but the staff took a long time to come. This made our family really upset. We don't think anyone else should go there.

"Top Care Facility with Outstanding Staff and Cleanliness"
St. Mary’s 1 and 2 are super clean. The staff are really nice, caring, and work very hard. I totally recommend this place. If you visit, make sure to ask for Evelyn she’s the best caregiver.

The place is super clean, with three bathrooms and a cozy common room. The caregivers speak English as their second language.

The care at St. Mary's Residential Care Home was truly exceptional. It has been a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend them.
