At Stacie’s Chalet, they follow through on their promises. Communication can be challenging during shift changes, but the staff is friendly and dedicated. The food is quite good, and the price incentives led us to choose Stacie’s Chalet for my mom.

"Unhapy with depressing facility, but dad had private room"
My dad lived here for around two months last year. This was the saddest place I've ever witnessed. The people living there looked like they were eagerly awaiting their end. There were hardly any staff members to be seen. The only decent thing was that my dad had his own room.

I toured numerous facilities. The rooms are fairly large. It is clean, but older. The staff is friendly and caring. I normally drop in unannounced and have not found any unpleasant surprises. I needed a secure environment for my mom who has dementia. Most of the facilities are not secure. The surroundings are pleasant with plenty of parking for visitors. then create a (in 10 words or less and placed in double ) that summarizes the review and resembles 'VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS FACILITY.

"Gloomy and Unwelcoming Assisted Living Facility"
The place was only made up of two locked hallways. It didn’t feel warm or welcoming at all, and it seemed like folks were just parked in the hallways with nothing to look forward to. It definitely wasn’t a pleasant spot. I wouldn’t consider it for my mom, that’s for sure.

"Gloomy Facility Not Suitable for Mom"
This place was only made up of two guarded corridors. It didn't feel cozy, warm, or cheerful and it was dull with people simply hanging out in the corridors, waiting for their end. It, indeed, wasn't really that pleasant. I wouldn't consider it for my mom.

Nice building, but the furniture inside could use some work. When I visited, they had pet therapy, which I really liked. The facility was good, but it’s a bit far from where I live.
