"Feels like home, just like family"
My 93-year-old father lives at Starlite Manor, and I’m really glad he does. I visit 3 to 4 days a week (since my mother passed recently). The caregivers always have him nicely dressed, clean-shaved, and with his nails trimmed—just like I did when he lived with me. I love that he exercises every day (except Sunday), watches movies, and enjoys 3 meals a day with snacks. He especially loves when Jennifer, the owner, plays dominoes with him. I highly recommend this place; it feels more like home and family.

"Great Care and Clean Facility at Starlite Manor"
The Managing Director runs the place with three awesome caregivers. The facility is super clean because they focus a lot on keeping it that way. The caregivers are kind, friendly, and really care for my aunt like she’s family. I would recommend Starlite Manor to anyone looking for care for a loved one.

Worried Daughter
"Concerns About Assisted Living Facility Uncovered Through Personal Experience"
My mom's care costs are rising $300 monthly or we'll get a 30-day notice. They're friendly when I'm there, but it's uncertain. I worry she's not treated the same when I'm gone. They seem to often keep her sedated. Mom's unhappy there. They're short-staffed, with 7 residents and only 2 caregivers. Mom has dementia; they lack patience or understanding. Since moving her to "Starlite Manor," her health declined rapidly. During my visit, 6 residents were outside in wheelchairs while one caregiver was on the phone. Another claimed they were exercising, but they were just sitting. I'm searching for another place; they're severely understaffed. I counted only 7 beds for 7 residents; I suspect caregivers sleep on the couch. Mom was upset to return after a recent visit.
