"Issues Need Attention, Overall Great Assisted Living Experience"
The exterior lights should be fixed to ensure staff and residents feel safe. The floors and kitchen need regular cleaning. Dust from the nearby concrete plant is a concern, as are the speeding vehicles on Ridgecrest Road. Despite these issues, the Sterling Inn is a wonderful place. I would happily volunteer to help improve these areas, as the staff’s focus on love and compassion shines through.

"Caring Community with Good Communication and Dining Options"
I've recommended this community to others for their loved ones. The staff talks well with family and friends. They serve three meals a day in the dining room. If your loved one is sick, room service is available for a fee.

"High Priced, Gloomy Old Home with Unfriendly Staff"
This place cost too much and felt gloomy and outdated to us. It's not new at all. My family member was there a while. The workers weren't nice either.
