"Attentive Care at Assisted Living Facility"
Our loved one moved here from out of town, and she's had a great experience so far. Even though she's only been there a couple of months, she's settled in well. The staff members are attentive and responsive, which she really appreciates.

"Appalling Staff Neglect at Assisted Living Facility"
No way am I dealing with anyone from this place after the terrible experience we went through. A zero star rating would still be too good for this facility. Over a year ago, my father stayed there and it was awful. The nurses and the rest of the staff were dreadful and acted like they didn't care about the people living there. My dad was neglected and left to sit in his own mess for days, leading to a skin irritation. Because of his physical situation, he was supposed to get help with bathing. But one day, I found his aide just lounging on his bed, watching his TV. She said my dad was in the shower, even though she knew he shouldn't be in there alone. Sure, the building was clean, but with terrible staff like that, who cares?

This place costs too much. They promise one price, then raise it with their point system. Not interested.
