Sunlit Gardens has friendly staff, tasty food choices, and useful activities. I like that they have separate buildings for different dementia stages. Although it's smaller and older than other places, it's well-kept. Staff turnover is a concern, but overall, I'm quite pleased with Sunlit Gardens.

"Courtyard Bliss for Mom 🌼"
My mom’s apartment is just the right size. Amenities are good, although she’s not much of a social butterfly. The staff has been a bit short-handed lately, but everyone is friendly and it’s a peaceful place. Mom loves the courtyard rooms with flowers.

"Not the Right Fit for Mom"
We visited this place and it was clean and nice. Everything seemed great. But my mom didn't get a good feeling because the residents were older than her. She thought she might not make friends or fit in. It was also a bit far from me. Overall, it's a nice place but just not for my mom.

"Great care and friendly staff, with room for improvement"
We are really happy with the care at this place. The staff are very kind and caring. We do think the menu could be better and should have larger, warmer meals. They offer activities for the residents, but not right now. Overall, we like this community and recommend that families visit it to see if it’s right for their loved ones.

"Friendly Staff, Menu Challenges"
The staff at the assisted living facility were nice and seemed to interact well with the residents in the memory care unit. However, they had trouble giving out the monthly menus.

My mother-in-law is doing great at Sunlit Gardens. Everyone there is very nice and friendly. The facility is clean, and her room is too. They make sure all the residents stay clean and well cared for. We’re really happy with our choice.

"Fantastic Care and Support for Loved Ones at This Facility"
This is an awesome community. My mom is really happy and improving because everyone here is so helpful. She loves her room, and they make sure all her needs are met. The variety of delicious meals is amazing. The activities are really helpful for her too. We couldn’t be happier with the care my mom is getting, and we highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great care and value for their loved one.

"Safe Living for Dad"
This place is pretty good, but my only issue is when they don't let me know when my medicine is running low until it's almost too late. The best part is that my dad is safe here, and I don't worry about him getting hurt. He enjoys the food too and always seems happy with his meals.

"Temperature Control Needs Improvement"
I gave 4 stars, not 5, because the temperature in my mom's room isn't always right. It shares a thermostat with three other rooms, so it's never the same. Sometimes it's too hot, sometimes too cold, and we have to ask them to fix it a lot.

"Wonderful caring home, full of activities and kindness."
The people who work here are so caring and cheerful! They are patient, and I always feel like my father is in good hands. The place is spotless, and the residents are always busy with fun activities. It’s a relief knowing he’s well taken care of.

"Excellent Care and Health Improvement at This Assisted Living Facility"
I moved my mother to this facility over a year ago, and I’m thrilled with how much her health and overall wellbeing have improved. She had a stroke, and the previous places she lived did not do much to help her quality of life. Since coming here, her blood sugar she has type 2 diabetes has stayed steady without needing injections, her blood pressure is back to normal it used to be high, and the caregivers have given her excellent care. I couldn’t be happier and feel so lucky to have found this amazing place.

Sunlit Gardens is awesome! It’s super clean, and the staff is really friendly. No unexpected surprises—the tour shows exactly what you’ll get. We chose Sunlit Gardens because they weren’t pushy with sales, and we genuinely liked it.

"Perfect Fit for Independence and Great Food"
We’re really happy with this place. My loved one is very content there. She thinks the food is great, and she’s able to stay pretty independent. If she’s not on time for a meal, they hold her food so she can reheat it herself. The flexibility makes it a perfect fit for her.
