"Assisted Living Facility Review"
This place is really nice. The people here are friendly and they listen when we need something. They helped my mom with her sugar levels, which is great. Mom feels comfortable here, like it's her own place. We were going to go somewhere else at first, but that place wasn't ready on time. Now Mom's settled here and we're sticking with it because it's been so good for her.

"Great Staff, Some Improvements Needed"
The staff is super friendly, especially those on the 1st and 2nd floors. The front desk, wait staff, and medication delivery team are amazing. It would be even better if , , , and were better informed about new practices and costs. Having an advisor on-site to help families with elderly needs (like Medicare, HMOs, dementia, VA benefits, and end-of-life options) would be great. Overall, it was a good experience, and we really miss the staff.

"Great Care and Good Value for Memory Care"
I would recommend Sunrise to others for their loved ones. It seems to offer the best care for the best value. The community has a middle-level care option for mild memory care needs, which is what drew me to this place. It fits our needs the best. I didn't see this option at other communities or other Sunrises. The staff are easy to work with and communicate well with the family whenever we need them. They respond to my questions and concerns quickly too. The activities are good. I would like to see more outdoor activities for the residents and the Terrace Club, like walking for my loved one.

"Mom's Happy and Adjusted Well, Staff is Great!"
Mom got used to her new home really fast and is happier now than she's been in the last two years! The staff is very caring, friendly, and patient. My brothers and sisters and I are sure we made the best choice for our mom. Thanks for all your help!

This place has a beautiful layout and feels like home. It's smaller than most, so it doesn't feel like a big hotel. I'm really impressed with how they pay attention to details that make life easier, more interesting, comfortable, and fun for the residents.

I visited Sunrise at Palos Verdes to see if it would be a good place for my mom. It looked like a really nice place. But, they weren't focused on helping people with memory problems - which my mom really needs. So, we chose a different place because Sunrise didn't have what we needed.

I visited this place to find care for my mom. The community was nice, and the staff was caring and answered all my questions about the care provided. We liked the menu and the activities they offered. However, we needed a bit more than what they could provide. I strongly recommend this community for taking care of a loved one and its good value.

"Friendly and Honest Staff, Not Quite Right Fit, Still Recommendable"
I had a good tour of this place. The people working there were really nice and told us everything we needed to know. They even gave us their honest thoughts on what might work for my dad. It turned out it wasn't the perfect match, but they did a good job showing us around. I'd say they're worth checking out if you're interested.
