"Cozy Assisted Living: Home-like Atmosphere with Spacious Apartments and Patio"
My mom liked it here the most. It feels smaller and more like home. The people who live there were sitting around chatting with each other. Everyone was nice. The apartments are bigger than other places. The patio outside is nice, with shade and lots of places to sit.

"Broken Promises and Cold Meals at Assisted Living Facility"
The staff who give out medicine are really nice. But there's nothing to do in the area where people remember things. The family thinks they were promised things during the tour, but those promises weren't kept after moving in. They serve three meals a day to the residents. Sadly, the food is always cold, and my loved one never likes eating it.

"Staff Efforts Amid Challenges"
Everything's been okay so far, but there are a few things I'd like to see improved. The staff seems short-staffed, but they're doing their best.

"Decent Place, But Costs More Than Anticipated"
Nice neighborhood. The place is kind of old but seems neat. The price was higher than we thought it would be.

"Disappointing Room Size Impacts Comfort"
On the tour, we didn't like how small the rooms were. They felt cramped and hard to breathe in.

"Extreme Neglect at Sunrise Assisted Living Facility Reported"
DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY HERE! Sunrise is a disappointment. My mom had been living there for a while and the neglect is extreme. This facility tend to have fewer staff at night when the residents need them the most. After dinner, they are left asking anyone who passes by for help – to use the bathroom, find their rooms, or any other guidance they need. The residents are left unattended in a room with extreme neglect. Every evening when I visit, I find my mom alone in her dark room. Seeing this as a child is both angering and heart-wrenching. Sunrise charges $7000 monthly for this kind of neglect, and they should be held accountable. Their focus appears to be more skewed towards profit generation, disregarding the wellbeing of these unfortunate people. The ratio of staff to residents at night is 2 to 20, and staff changes are almost daily. Sunrise is a pitiful excuse for a care home. Erase it from your list if you're considering this facility for your loved ones. DON'T. MAKE A WIDE DETOUR AROUND THIS PLACE. You might want to consider a board and care where only 6 people live in a real home with proper care and attention.

"Stale Atmosphere at Assisted Living Facility"
The staff and rooms were nice, and the price was good. However, the place felt stale, with not many people moving around. Maybe it was low-key because it was Sunday, but even on a holiday, there wasn't much activity.
