I think the staff doesn't talk to families enough. When I ask questions, it feels like I have to keep pushing for a response. My loved one doesn't seem to get the attention they need, especially because they can be difficult. It seems like they've stopped trying with my loved one.

My family member felt uneasy in this big community. The dining room was too big for him. He couldn't join in on the fun activities they had. The people who worked there were kind. It was further away than the new place we picked.

Sunrise is a beautiful, clean place with super friendly people. My mom stays busy with all the activities, which is great for her mind. I was worried about moving her, but the staff made her feel so welcome. She loves the food and is happy she doesn't have to cook anymore! Even though she didn't want to move at first, we made the right choice for her safety. It’s a bit pricey, but worth it.

When our family visited, the place looked neat and tidy. However, it felt a bit mixed up because even though we set up a time to come and look around, they weren’t prepared for us. Also, they couldn’t give answers to some of our questions.

My mom enjoys joining activities like outings and exercise classes. Staff encourage her to walk. Communication with the staff is good, and the community is kept clean. However, the food isn't very good.

The staff was super friendly and went way beyond what I expected! My husband needed a lot of special one-on-one help and care, and they were always there to provide it with a great attitude. The whole program met all our needs. I can't think of anything they could have done better.

This place is in a good area, and the building fits right in. They have some okay apartments, but they're kind of small. You don't have a lot of choices for doctors, and there's only one dentist close by. Plus, they don't offer any rides to the doctors.
