"Clean, Friendly Facility with Room for More Activities"
The facility is very clean, and all the staff are super friendly. The apartment looks great and feels more like home than a hotel. The location is perfect for me since I can visit on my way home from work. They offer three levels of care, so residents can stay there as they age. Right now, it seems like there aren’t many activities happening. I understand that COVID-19 affected schedules, but as things improve, it might be good for people to ask about activities, especially for those with cognitive issues like dementia or Alzheimer’s. Overall, I would recommend Sunrise of Burlingame to anyone looking.

"Friendly staff, good care, needs more engaging activities"
We are very happy with our experience so far. They have been very accommodating to our family. The staff is super friendly and you can tell they really care about their clients. For our mom, the activities aren't mentally challenging or interesting enough, but they do offer a lot of different activities.

I really liked the staff here, they were nice and helpful. But the food wasn't good. The taste and choices were not good. This is a big reason why I didn't like the food. If they improve the food, I would tell others to come here.

"Great Care and Communication, Some Billing Issues"
We picked Sunrise of Burlingame because I liked the different care options they provide. My mom has moved from assisted living to memory care, and the staff has been excellent at keeping us updated and is always friendly and helpful. When I call, they always recognize me. The rooms are a good size for this area. We’ve had a few problems with billing recently, but overall, I would recommend them.

"Great memory care options and a new building"
This is a great place! The building is only two years old, and the people here are really nice. There are two floors dedicated to memory care, and each floor is based on the level of care needed.

"Assisted Living Review: Good Care, Expensive Luxury, No Complaints"
My wife seems well cared for in this assisted living community. We opted for a fancy room, so it's pricey. The staff is helpful with meals, walking, and bathroom needs. We haven't had any issues yet. It's quiet enough for her to nap peacefully.

There are lots of different activities for the residents. The last place mostly had shopping trips, which my sister, who lives at Sunrise, really hates. She loves the special trips, like the recent one to Half Moon Bay.

"Great Activities, Dislike for Shopping, Exciting Excursions"
This place has lots of fun stuff to do for the folks living here. Before, my sister was at a place where all they did was go shopping, and she totally hated it. But at Sunrise, they have cool trips outside, like the one to Half Moon Bay, which she totally loved.

"Happy Family Member"
This is a great community. The staff is wonderful and caring to my uncle. The food could use a little improvement in some areas. It's a good place for the value, but I hope the food gets better. They offer activities. I would recommend this community. Very happy with the service from A Place for Mom.

This place looks really nice. It's always clean when I come by. The people who work here are professional and really kind. And the other folks who live here are friendly too.
