Sunrise of Claremont

"Mixed feelings about assisted living facility; still recommends depending on preferences."
We were super excited when we first visited this place. The boss person was awesome and helped us a lot when we signed up. But then the boss left, and things got a bit less awesome. We still kinda like it here, though. My family member likes the other people and most of the workers. But since the boss left, it's not as great as before. The price went up by a lot, which we're not happy about. They tell us stuff okay, but sometimes they forget to mention things that bum us out. But it's still pretty nice here. It's clean, and the food is decent, but sometimes it's not super great. They have lots of things to do, which is cool. They've been good at getting my family member to join in. I might tell my friends and family about this place, but it depends on what they're looking for. If they want a smaller, nice place with good stuff to do, this could be a good choice.

"Assisted Living Facility Tour Review"
I visited this place some time ago. The lady who showed us around was friendly, but she seemed too young and new at her job. Even though the building was really nice, the cost is too much for what you get. They talk a lot about how well they take care of the people who live there, but when I visited, some residents looked bored and there wasn't anything fun going on.

"Needs a Refresh"
Sunrise of Claremont could use a big makeover. The staff was super nice, but the place looks old like a nursing home. It wasn't very tidy, and that's probably why it's cheaper.

"Average Tour Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
Our family visited this place in person. It was okay. Nothing really impressed us. It was a bit expensive, and they only offer assisted living and memory care, which didn't suit our loved one's needs just yet.

"Mixed Experience with Assisted Living Staff"
Our experience was mostly positive, but there were some issues with their Covid practices. They initially said only window visits, but then asked us to go inside the room during our first two visits. On move-in day, they lacked staff guidance. However, since then, the staff has been helpful and informative, keeping us updated about our loved one.
