"Caring Staff and Wonderful Care"
I think everyone should visit this place. It's amazing, and the staff are really kind. My wife stayed at Reminiscence for five years, and they looked after her wonderfully.

"Great care, friendly staff, and tasty food in a clean place"
This place has a really friendly atmosphere, and my wife is doing well because they take great care of her. The staff is easy to talk to and always answers my questions. I've eaten there a lot, and the food is really good. It’s well-balanced and nutritious. The menu has many choices, and if you don’t want something from the main menu, there are other options. The cleanliness is great; whenever I visit, her room is very clean. They have lots of games that keep residents active both physically and mentally, including quizzes about current events and their past. The other residents seem happy and friendly. We're moving to a new place soon, but that’s just because I want to live with her. The rooms here are too small for us to be together.

"Feels Like Home with Lots of Choices"
I took a tour and had a long Q&A with from marketing. She knew a lot and answered all my questions. This place is different from others - it feels open. People can sit where they want at meal times and choose from different activities. There are many common areas and outdoor spaces. When I visited, I saw residents in the dining room, library, TV room, and some chatting on the front porch. Even in the memory care area, most residents were in the common room talking with the caregivers and not just in their rooms.

"Decent Facility, No Memory Care, Staff less Likable than Belmont"
This place was confident they could take care of my dad. It looked okay, but I'm not sure about their attention to detail. They don't have memory care units, only an assisted living studio. The staff seemed included, active and liked by residents, but not as much as those at Belmont. They offered to waiver the $5000 move-in fee if we do it in August.

"Comfortable Assisted Living Tour Experience"
I really liked my visit to this place. The people there were right on time for my appointment and had a nice presentation ready for me. They even offered me a meal to taste, and I got to see the whole building from top to bottom. They had big areas where everyone could hang out together, and the rooms were super clean. It was a really nice place, but it just wasn't the perfect fit for me in the end.

"Assisted Living Review: Not Suitable for Active Seniors"
My mom stayed here for 9 days, but it wasn't right for her. It's a nice place, but most residents are very forgetful, and my mom is still pretty sharp. She only had one person to chat with. The staff were really nice and took good care of her, and the manager was great too. But this place is better suited for people with advanced memory problems, not for someone like my mom who's still active and understands what's happening.

"Unwelcoming Assisted Living Facility with Unhappy Residents"
The facility didn't meet my cleanliness standards for my mom. The employees weren't exactly warm or welcoming. I noticed that the other residents were quite gloomy and no one seemed to smile. This was disheartening as my mom is a cheerful person. In my opinion, this community didn't suit my mom's needs. I would recommend other families to look into different options.

"Unexpectedly Expensive, But Overall Enjoyable Experience"
Sunrise of Sunnyvale is a really nice place to stay. It's been kinda tough getting used to it, but the people who work there and the other folks living there have been doing their best to help. The care I receive is good, and the food they serve is really tasty. The only thing that caught me off guard is how much it costs, and I'm not sure how long I'll be able to afford it.

"Excellent Senior Care"
We visited many places looking for senior care, and Sunrise of Sunnyvale turned out to be a great choice. Our loved one had special care needs, and Sunrise promised they could handle everything. They really did keep their promise. There were some challenges as our loved one got used to the new place, but the staff were very helpful and went out of their way to assist. The community looks nice and clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. They answer questions quickly by phone and email. I also like that they have a nurse on staff during weekdays. At first, we worried it was just good marketing, but they truly delivered on everything they said. I would definitely recommend them to others!

"Sunrise is a good choice for seniors with multiple levels of retirement living needs"
We picked Sunrise because we needed a place for my Dad’s independent living and high-level assisted living for my Mom. They’ve been here for a week, and so far, we’re really happy. Move-In: Priscila was great during the tough moving process, supporting my Mom. She was kind and helpful, even with my 90-year-old stressed-out father. Food: Both my parents love the food. There are lots of choices, and it feels like eating at a restaurant. Apartments: Clean, bright, and perfect for their needs. Each parent has their own apartment with a sitting room, bathroom, and small kitchen area. Staff: Super helpful, always smiling. They check on my Mom throughout the day since she needs extra care. Sunrise costs more, but you get a top-notch team of caring professionals. They’ve lightened our family’s load, and my Mom is already healthier and happier. We think Sunrise could be their wonderful home for life—pretty awesome. Plus, it’s family-friendly when we visit."

"Discontent with Sunrise's Lackluster Care Towards Mom"
The experience was really bad; it's why we relocated my mom. The staff failed to effectively look after my mom. They were absolutely disappointing. They nonchalantly allowed her to stay in bed all day. I am quite disappointed with Sunrise!

"Mixed feelings: Sunrise at Sunnyvale"
Overall, I like Sunrise at Sunnyvale. The place is nice and friendly. The people who help are great and truly care. My husband needs a lot of help, and he's getting it here. But, some of the bosses aren't as nice as the others. Luckily, I don't have to talk to them much.

"Impressive tour with Director, clean and cozy living spaces."
Today I went on a tour with the Director, and it was great! The first impression was really good, and the visit itself was excellent. The Director showed us different kinds of rooms like studios, one-bedroom, and shared rooms. All of them were super clean and comfy.
