I think it's a great place. My mom feels really comfortable there. They take good care of her, so I don't have to worry. We chose this place because it's close to our home. Plus, I know someone who works there.

"Ivy Park's Bed Delivery Chaos"
My mom has lived at Ivy Park for about 5 years. Since the new owners took over, things have gotten worse—fewer staff and other problems. Recently, they messed up delivering a new hospital bed for my mom. Ivy Park was no help at all. They kept calling our family, threatening to destroy the bed if we didn't remove it immediately. They didn't even let us talk to the delivery company. The phone calls finally stopped, but we still don't know where the expensive bed is. The staff won't give us any information.

"Desirable choice; accommodated dog, active mom, supportive staff."
After comparing, Brush Creek was most desirable; accommodated mom's dog. Expensive but worth it. Mom enjoys all activities, staff adapts well.

"Disappointing Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
The workers are nice, but since my mother-in-law arrived, they haven't fixed the broken thermostat, TV, or light after many complaints. They blame the delays on switching vendors to Sunrise. This place would be better without these problems.

This place is really nice and super clean. It was one of our top choices, but we ended up picking another one because it was cheaper. It's safe here, and overall, it's a really great community.
