"Too large, hospital-like; lovely but not for our loved one"
Our family visited Cogir on Napa Road Assisted Living for a tour. The community and tour were nice, but it felt too big, almost like a hospital. It didn't quite suit our loved one.

"Great place for Mom: caring staff and fun activities"
Mom is in the memory care unit here, and we're really pleased with it. They have activities that help stimulate her mind. The staff is super nice, helpful, and patient. Meals are served three times a day, and there’s no set time you have to be there. Housekeeping keeps everything clean and smelling fresh. They also do her laundry and clean her room. Plus, they bring the memory care residents over to the assisted living area so they can all play games and enjoy social time together. I would recommend this place.

"Assisted Living Review: Everything's Fine So Far"
My husband moved in yesterday, and things seem good. The helpers paid attention, and I believe they'll help him well. They were nice and quick. The office folks were helpful too. There's lots of paperwork, but that's probably usual. We usually had to wait to see them. Can't really judge care and activities yet.

"Informative and Friendly Tour"
I went on a nice tour of this place. Everyone was really nice. The person showing me around told me lots of stuff and answered all my questions. The place looked nice, but we found another one that suited us better.

I really liked how friendly and happy the people living here seemed. [Removed] made me feel like my mom would be comfortable here. Right now, it’s my top pick.

"Wonderful Care and Warm Community Atmosphere"
My father stayed here for a short time, and everyone was friendly, kind, and, most importantly, patient with all the residents. The administration is top-notch, which makes the daily care really good. There are lots of activities to keep everyone engaged and involved. It definitely feels like a community, but the rooms are designed to give each person the privacy they need. Families can visit anytime, and the staff always tries to make them feel welcome.

"Affordable Assisted Living with Few Inclusions, Nearby Medical Facilities"
This place costs a lot, but not everything's included. The private room is $6950, and the shared one is $5150. If you need incontinence products and care, that's extra. There's a skilled nursing facility nearby called Broadway Villa, and a hospital isn't too far either. They have hospice facilities, but only for up to 12 people. Also, expect the prices to go up by 4-5% every year.

"Expensive Care Facility with Extra Costs for Incontinence Issues"
The cost includes everything except for products related to bladder control. It costs $6950 for a private room, $5150 for a shared room, and there's an additional charge for incontinence supplies and care. Broadway Villa, which is a professional nursing home, is nearby. There's also a hospital close. This place can also provide care for people in their last days of life, but only for up to 12 people. Expect the prices to increase by 4-5% each year.

"Exceptional Care for Your Loved Ones"
My first visit to this community was for a tour. They shared helpful information and made me feel at ease about placing my mother in their care. The activities, especially those focused on memory improvement, are excellent. My loved one feels safe, and the environment is always clean. I highly recommend this place.

"Warm, Caring Staff and Cozy Environment Make It Ideal"
My father moved here from another place at the end of April to get memory care and be closer to family. We’ve been really happy with it so far. The staff is amazing they’re always friendly, helpful, and truly care about everyone. They really know each resident and what they need. He lives in the memory care unit, which is smaller than assisted living, but still very good. The whole community feels warm and not too big. I eat with my father often, and the food is great. I’m confident that my father is both happy and comfortable here.

"Excellent Service and Care, Highly Recommended Assisted Living Facility"
They have been truly amazing! I have no complaints at all! They went above and beyond to help us during a tough time. Even though they weren't open when we needed to move in, they opened the place just for us, waited, and helped us move into the apartment! They also let us stay in a furnished respite room until my loved one's belongings arrived. They were incredibly flexible and did everything they could to assist us! The price is about average compared to other places in the area. They do care evaluations every six months to make sure everything is okay, but I hope they don’t use that as a reason to increase charges. Overall, we are very happy here and thrilled with our choice!

"Feels Like a Luxury Hotel for Seniors"
This is the best place for seniors and would be great for your parents too. They offer top-notch care and are very attentive. It feels more like staying in a luxury hotel than a regular assisted living facility. I definitely recommend this community to anyone.
