"Negative Experience at Tenenbaum Villa Due to Unskilled Staff"
Our time at Tenenbaum Villa was awful. The employees were not professional and lacked the skills necessary to properly care for those with memory problems. I would not suggest this place to anyone.

"Avoid Facility: Poor Service, Lack of Care and Respect"
Others should know, they throw parties at this place. They take away the closet of someone with memory problems so the owner can put their clothes there. There's only one employee in charge of all residents and she's often missing. They didn't even change my mom's clothes or comb her hair. This is a place I'd strongly warn against if you're looking for any facility, but especially for loved ones in need of memory care.

"Dad is fitting in well and getting great care."
Dad is adjusting here better than I thought. They provide all the services he needs, especially with medication management, which is always on time. The place is always clean, and Dad is getting along well and meeting new people. He enjoys three good meals a day and they’re about to start a diabetic diet for him. They encourage him to join daily activities. The facility has a pool and many nice amenities. I want to mention that [name] offers outstanding customer service. She visits Dad to check on him and communicates well with me. I recommend this community.

"A Loving Home for Mom"
If you want a loving place for your loved one, Tenenbaum Villas is perfect. My mom has been there since Thanksgiving. She is happy in her new home and loves her new friends and caregivers. The caregivers are attentive and kind. The Tenenbaums are always available. They even took our call on Thanksgiving and welcomed Mom the next day. We know she's safe and happy in their care.

"Providing Excellent Care"
Mom lives there, and it's pretty good. They take good care of her, and we have no complaints. The staff is awesome, and the facility is comfy and well-maintained. So far, we're pleased.
