"Great Place for Loved Ones"
My family member lives at Berkshire Assisted Living and Memory Care. I think others should consider it too.

"Needs More Staff and Better Food"
The place doesn’t have enough workers, so you might end up waiting for 15 to 20 minutes. It’s even harder to find someone to help you during the night. But when you do get a staff member, they’re really nice and do their best to help. The food here isn’t great—it’s like the bad stuff you get in a school cafeteria. They should hire a diet expert and a real chef to make the meals better. On the bright side, the building is clean and looks good.

"Caring and Diligent Assisted Living"
They really care about the residents and their families. They are very careful about keeping everyone safe. If someone needs special care, the staff does everything they can to help.

"Manager Lia Unkind on Phone; Wouldn't Recommend for Loved Ones"
Lia, who manages this place, was really uncaring and disrespectful when we talked over the phone. I certainly wouldn't trust anyone I care about to live here.

"Great care and clean, personalized rooms for a pleasant stay"
Great facility! The staff really takes care of the residents. My dad enjoys the activities in the memory care unit, and his stay has been nice. The place is clean, and they encourage personalizing rooms.
