"Needs Transportation Solution"
Since moving to The Fountains, things are going well for my loved ones. The only issue they're dealing with is transportation. Otherwise, the place is clean, and the meals are good according to their feedback.

"Dad's Happy Place"
This place is really nice. The food was great, and my dad loved the meals. The staff was always caring and helpful. They also had activities for my dad to join. I would recommend this place for great, loving care.

"Avoid This Terrible Facility: Neglect and Poor Treatment Abound"
My elderly relative had a terrible experience at this living center after he was moved there due to a broken leg. During his stay, he began experiencing hallucinations and confusion which alarmed us a lot. He also developed a severe bladder infection that wasn't properly managed. On top of this, the care he received for a bed sore he developed at the facility was simply inadequate. It was shocking to see his full leg cast dirty and even covered in feces. We aren't even sure if the staff ever paid attention to his woeful state. Eventually, my mom intervened and got him sent to the hospital to have his mental condition evaluated. When the hospital tried to send him back to the facility, he was denied readmission. Even though the hospital gave a heads-up about his discharge, the facility only responded on late Friday afternoon. I strongly discourage placing a loved one in this intolerable facility. Consider looking for other care options.

"Abysmal Conditions at Assisted Living Facility"
Awful Treatment Not so long ago, an older relative of mine was transferred to this place because he had a broken leg. Once he was there, he started experiencing hallucinations and feeling confused. He had a serious bladder infection but it was not dealt with appropriately. He also developed a bed sore during his stay, which was not treated properly. His full-leg cast was dirty and smeared with poop, and we're unsure if anyone even took notice. Eventually, my mom had to step in to send him to the hospital to get his mental health evaluated. When the hospital decided it was time to send him back, the facility did not want him anymore. The hospital told them well in advance that they were planning to discharge him, but the facility only responded late on Friday afternoon. I advise you not to admit anyone you love into this dreadful place, consider seeking care somewhere else.
