The place isn't kept very clean, and the company running it seems to be trying to save money instead of making it nice for the people living there. There aren't enough workers to keep things tidy or fix things when they break. Also, the kitchen staff seem to do what they want, not what the people who live there want. We wish we picked a different place, but it's hard to move when you're older.

I like living here because everyone is nice, but the food could be better. The new management is making a lot of changes and cuts that residents don't like. It's super close to my house and the studio rooms are bigger than other places for the same rent.

We chose this place because it's near my home. I think it's a good choice. The people here are nice. It's a quiet area. My dad has an apartment on the first floor. The apartment is big and has hardwood floors everywhere. Perfect if you have pets.

Gateway Gardens is a good choice for assisted living. The staff is helpful and involved, and the facility is nice. It's not super fancy, which I like. They manage disabilities well and encourage socializing, even for those who are less likely to join activities. The value is excellent, and the food is good overall, though I wish they had lighter morning meals. There's a lot of breakfast meats, which my mom enjoys but wishes weren't as heavy.

"Cozy grounds but small rooms and outdated; lacks accessible pool."
The place looked like a park, which was cool, and had good spots to take a little pet for a stroll. But the rooms were tinier than what my mom wanted. She also thought the place looked old-fashioned. And she really wished there was a pool she could easily get to.
