"Unhappy with Dirty Conditions and Poor Communication"
I didn't like your service. No one informed me about needing a TB shot before coming. The Grand Chateau was filthy. The shower was crawling with ants and the baseboards were grimy. The person in charge just didn't know how to talk to people properly.

The Grand Chateau wasn't too bad. I remember it being pleasant to walk into, and everyone was very nice. However, it wasn't as clean as the other home I had visited earlier. Still, it's a good option.

My mom is happy at The Grand Chateau and things are going well. She really enjoys the food here and can't get enough of it. The staff has been good overall, though there have been some language issues, but we're addressing them. The community looks great, and we haven't had any problems with it. This is a good place to think about when you're considering options for your loved one.

"Clean, Spacious Assisted Living Impresses!"
This place was super clean and had lots of space. The people living here seemed happy, and everything felt organized and professional. The caregiver was really friendly, and I left feeling impressed. I'd give it 4 stars.
