"Assisted Living Facility Needs More Activities for Residents"
This place is okay. It's clean and they stick to a routine for meals, which is fine. But it feels kinda lonely, especially since COVID. I wish they had more stuff to do outside and more activities. It's like they don't give us enough bang for our buck. They have a small library, but it's not very exciting.

"Mixed Feelings: Great Manager, Disappointing Owner"
The Seaside Cottage feels welcoming, and I felt at home right away, knowing my father would be safe. The best thing about it is the manager, [name removed]. She's really caring and showed us around, telling us about their daily activities and how they handle medications following state rules. She was very thorough. During my dad's first week, I visited every day, and everything they told us on the tour turned out to be true. However, the owner, [name removed], started off nice but changed once she got paid. It seems like she's all about money and not about the patients or their families. She's rude to the caregivers and even screams at them on the phone. She's not involved in the day-to-day operations at all. Thankfully, she did make a good choice in hiring a great manager.
